Our innovative solutions help scientific, and research organizations streamline their processes and enhance their productivity. We are expanding our team and looking for a Technical Implementation Consultant to join our North American team.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Implementation Consultants to join our global team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ELN and LIMS systems, with a proven track record in full end-to-end solution design and implementation. This role requires a customer-focused individual who can interact confidently with senior scientific stakeholders and work collaboratively with our Customer Success and technical delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full end-to-end design and implementation of ELN and LIMS solutions for our clients.

• Engage with senior scientific stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.

• Collaborate closely with the Customer Success and technical delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Conduct remote and on-site client training sessions and workshops.

• Provide ongoing support and consultancy to clients post-implementation.

• Travel to client sites (10% to 30% of the time) 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Life Sciences).

• Proven experience with ELN and LIMS systems.

• Demonstrated ability in full end-to-end solution design and implementation.

• Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to interact confidently with senior scientific stakeholders.

• Experience working collaboratively in a team environment.

• Exposure to Python is a plus, although hands-on software development is not required.

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

• Flexibility to travel as required (up to 30% of the time).

• Proficient in using various software tools and applications related to laboratory management.
